If you are interested in having your pup join The Pawstonian Pack, please send us an e-mail or give us a call to schedule a “trial day” for your dog! We will introduce your dog carefully to the rest of the pack and evaluate his/her behavior to make sure your pup is well-socialized with dogs and people and will be a good fit for the daycare experience.

Vaccinations

We require all dogs attending daycare to be up to date on their rabies and distemper vaccines. In addition, we recommend that the dogs receive the bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination every 6 months, but it is required at least once per year. All dogs must provide proof of vaccination prior to enrollment. Your vet can fax us your pet’s shots at 617-464-1689, or you may bring us in a copy.

Forms

All owners must sign our Pet Care Agreement, Medical Release Form, and Terms and Conditions prior to their pet’s first day of daycare. In addition, a registration form helps us gain additional information about your pet’s behavior and needs. Please download and complete these forms here:
